If you work with me, we'll talk about what your goals are, why those goals are your goals, and what you'll get out of achieving these goals. These types of conversations with center you and keep you grounded and connected to what's really important to you.
We'll also discuss how we can turn those goals into concrete plans for action. We'll work on building routines and habits. These will take you from where you are and move you to where you want to be, faster. This helps you in two ways.
In the first week, you'll start to feel a new sense of progress toward your goal. And that's just the start. By the fourth week, you'll notice that you've also built your capacity to be productive. This new found strength and competence will invigorate you. It gives you more confidence in your ability to go the distance to reach your goal, and even further to reach your goal.
