Why you need a communication system
A communication system teaches you to get to the core of what drives you, express it well to the right people, and expose those people to other people to build teams around your dreams.
Without a communication system:
- your message will be unclear and bland
- people will only say 'that's nice'
- you will still be alone trying harder and harder
- you will sound like everyone else
With a communication system:
- you will create stories people crave hearing
- your conversations will inspire others to join or pitch in
- you will grow your network and tribe in size and effectiveness
I've read more books about communication than I care to remember. It spans from communication theory, to business persuasion, family therapy and writing.
While each communication discipline has its place, what you need is a system to tune up the whole. Let's get those separate skills working together to get you where you need to be, faster, and with more clarity and impact.
You need to focus on the balance between all of them because it's how they work together that's important. There's no use in having a great engine with flat tires. By troubleshooting your weaker points, you make your overall ability to communicate system more powerful, and you get more long-lasting results.
How does Personalize Socialize Organize do that?
By giving you (a) level-by-level and (b) step-by-step instructions on how to create and implement a whole communication system.
Books, videos, trainings, articles, and personal ahas usually give you insight to one or two aspects of communication, great books or programs give you maybe five. Any of these may cover networking, branding, storytelling, conversations, and building relationships, but separately, isolated, and one-at-a-time.
A communication system explains how all the areas and skills of communication fit together. It shows you how to improve everything from defining your goals and the grammar you use to express yourself to building teams and running meetings.
Our free email course will introduce you to our communication system. Sign up below.

Phase 1 - Personalize
1- Meaning - This is where you dig into why you're talking to people, what's in it for you and what's in it for them.
2 - Reasoning - What's your rationale for doing this thing of yours. Some people want a clear set of reasons in order to understand and deal with you and your thing.
3 - Stories - Now, grab the other people by plucking their emotional strings by translating those reasons into a story with a hero (that will clearly be them).
Phase 2: Socialize
4 - Protocols - Text, IG, before the movies, or after sex? When, where and how are you going to have the conversation?
5 - Conversations - Rubber, meet road. Talk your talk.
6 - Agreements - Now that they know what's in store, it's time they choose to be with you or not.
Phase 3: Organize!!!
7 - Relationships - Build a long-term relationship whether they say yes or no to your offer.
8 - Networks - Introduce people to other people to make sure they find value in knowing you, whether you work together or not.
9 - Teams - Through your and their networks, you'll find people to work together on your passion.
Admittedly, after writing this this feels like a big copywriting sequence, or a template for a marketing system. In essence it is! Not because I meant it to be, but because marketing systems are a specific kind of communication system.
Marketing systems usually stop after the 6th step (agreement), whereas the PSO system takes you to the next level. With the PSO you move into team and organization-building territory.
At the core, the PSO is a full outline of all the steps that you have to go through in order to create, motivate, and coordinate groups of people to work with you, either as customers, employees, supporters, significant others, volunteers, and/or fans.
Might as well be systematic about it to improve your success rates and reach! Click below to subscribe to our free email course.
