Vision - The world we want to create

Entrepreneurship should be as learnable as any other skill. Right now it's not—not because business is truly complex, but because no one has clarified it for regular people.

Grameen Bank proved regular people could manage capital. Hernando de Soto showed that economies struggle not from lack of effort but from lack of clear and easy systems. The barrier is artificial complexity, and it locks people out. We want more people to have the keys.

We envision a world where business has a Rosetta stone—a model that translates across industries, geographies, and scales, from local to networked to global. Where more people carry robust mental models of how organizations actually work.

As AI advances, gets miniaturized it'll eventually have local models on our phones. That core model needs a way to help the owner create and run their business from their phone. And we intend for The Business Cortex to be what teaches regular people to business intelligence to direct artificial intelligence.

We're at a turning point. AI can now communicate across languages, cultures, and borders. But business intelligence matters more than artificial intelligence. In the world we want, people direct AI—they don't delegate their thinking to it. That requires understanding business from the inside first.

Mission - What we do and how we do it

We turn business from alchemy into chemistry.

Before chemistry, alchemy was empirical and hard. Chemistry systematized alchemy—made it more like engineering than experiment. The Periodic Table of Contents made the fundamental features of atoms clear and accessible for everyone. We do the same for business.

What we provide:

  • Seed mental models that organize vast knowledge into clear structures that anyone can read (instead of walls and books of text)
  • Build orders, not just concept collections—knowing what paired with knowing how, and just as important, when

How we think:

  • Whole-systems thinking that clarifies knowledge that crosses industries
  • Self-organizing communities and tools that let people coordinate without constant oversight

How we deliver:

  • Courses for first-time and venteran founders
  • Consulting for teams and cooperatives
  • Workshops for groups ready to build

Our audience is regular people—those who thought their only path to income was being an employee.

Values - How we judge our success

Cash is the scoreboard.
We measure ourselves by how much more money our clients make. Not engagement. Not mindset shifts. Money.

Reach the bottom third.
We succeed when we help people who've been undercapitalized—whether that's inside a wealthy country or across the world—build real income through enterprise.

Brilliance over mere competence.
We define intelligence as knowing what and how, with a bias toward action. Wisdom adds breadth across domains. Brilliance combines both. That's our standard for what we teach and how we teach it.

Clarity that regular people can follow.
If our audience can't execute what we teach, we've failed. The test is whether someone with no business background can follow the build order.

Fairness in how economies work.
We believe in taxing land values rather than productive activity. This is advocacy, not our business model—but it reflects what we think a fair economy looks like.
